Background
Premier American Escrow was founded in 2017. In response to a clear need for streamlined escrow services in Costa Rica, Dave, Annie and two partners opened Premier American Escrow LLC. It’s Articles of Organization are registered with the Division of Corporations in the state of Florida. Premier started offering escrow services for transactions mostly involving Grande Real Estate, but has since partnered with various other real estate agencies throughout Costa Rica. To-date, Premier American Escrow has done hundreds of escrows very successfully. Customer satisfaction has been high and the company is expected to continue to grow in the coming years.

Who We Are
Premier American Escrow is comprised of a team of experts in their fields. The core team includes a Costa Rican attorney handling local legal requirements, a U.S. based partner in charge of handling banking relationships, an operations manager with a strong skillset in finance, operations, business and technology, and a real estate professional of over 20 years with a proven track record of success in real estate, hotel, restaurant, and sales businesses.
