*** WIRE FRAUD ALERT ***  We will send and receive our wire instructions only via DocuSign. We will never deliver or, especially, change them via email. PLEASE BE VIGILANT and always call Premier American Escrow  to verify wiring instructions.

Opening your Escrow Account

To open a new escrow account, certain documentation is needed. Premier American Escrow uses DocuSign for electronic signatures and to manage sensitive information.

Required documentation:

  1. PAE Know Your Client (KYC Form)
  2. Passport Copy
